Job Description
Location: Kochi
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling & Office Assistant to join our team at EXPERT DIGIHEALTH. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to explain our services and respond to client inquiries. You will also follow up with clients via phone and WhatsApp, maintain accurate client records, and assist in various office administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills in English and Malayalam, have basic computer knowledge, and demonstrate strong time management abilities. A pleasant voice and a professional telephone manner are essential.
