Job Description

Exotic Wood Zone India seeks an organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO with immediate joining. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, maintaining client relations, preparing agendas and minutes, drafting professional communications, handling confidential information, coordinating with teams, and supporting presentations. Candidates should hold a BBA/MBA or equivalent with 1+ year experience, excellent English (written and verbal), strong organizational and decision-making skills, client-focused attitude, and flexibility for urgent matters. Full-time, in-person role. Salary ₹15,00–₹30,00/month. Commuter assistance provided. English fluency required.
