1. The Role: Ecommerce – Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Intern to support our online store operations across platforms like Amazon. This role is perfect for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in ecommerce management.

2. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating product listings.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Help process orders, track shipments, and manage returns.
• Support daily marketplace operations (Amazon).
• Assist in running promotions, deals, and basic ad campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries with guidance from the senior team.
• Collect and organize sales data for reporting.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research.

3. Requirements

• Basic understanding of Computer usage.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
