Job Responsibilities:
- Market our Bench Consultants’ resumes with tier 1 vendors/clients.
- Develop new contacts with tier 1 vendors/clients.
- Understand resume skill sets and format resumes as required.
- Search job boards for requirements and submit resumes.
- Communicate with consultants regarding submissions and interviews.
- Arrange interviews with vendors or clients.
- Negotiate rates with vendors/clients and track submissions.

Requirements
