Job Description
Excelr Edtech Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive – Chat Support to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage inquiries via website chat, WhatsApp, and other platforms, converting website traffic into qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming queries in a timely manner.
- Guide customers through course information and enrollment.
- Qualify potential leads and update CRM accurately.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads.
- Collaborate with sales for lead conversion support.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years in a customer support role.
