Job Description
Exaways Corporation is seeking a US IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. Familiarity with ATS portals like CEIPAL and experience with implementation partners or direct clients is required.
The candidate should excel in end-to-end recruitment processes, have a strong understanding of technical terminology, Boolean search, and various visa statuses. Night shift work (USA time zone) is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month
