Job Description
About the Role:
EvolveMinds is hiring a Voice Process Associate with experience in hotel commission reconciliation. Join our travel operations or finance support team to manage queries related to hotel commission payments through effective communication over voice calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding hotel commission queries.
- Track and reconcile pending commissions.
- Verify bookings against stays and commission amounts.
Requirements: 1–3 years in voice/customer support, excellent spoken English, strong analytical skills, and Excel proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹45,00.00 – ₹55,00.00/month
