Job Description
Evolve Life Sciences is hiring a Field Growth Associate in Thrissur. This field-based role requires local two-wheeler travel and a valid driving license. Responsibilities include meeting potential and existing customers, generating leads, closing sales, achieving weekly/monthly targets, maintaining records, coordinating orders, collecting feedback, and supporting payments. Requirements: minimum Plus Two (graduation preferred), field sales experience preferred but freshers welcome, strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated and target-driven. Benefits: monthly allowance ₹10,00, performance incentives, career growth, health insurance. Salary ₹20,00–₹30,00 per month. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Work area: Thrissur and nearby.
