Job Description
Join our team at Eureka Outsourcing Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Non-Voice Process Executive! We are seeking talented individuals for the role of Email and Chat Support Executive in Chennai.
Qualifications: Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in non-voice processes. Strong communication skills in English are essential.
Salary: ₹16,00 – ₹20,00 per month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email
- Providing support through live chat
- Managing customer interactions on social media
- Data entry and document processing
- Assisting with back-office operations
