Job Description
Ethans Hotels and Catering Pvt Ltd seeks a Specialty Cook proficient in seafood and South Indian cuisine. Seafood role requires 5–7 years’ experience with deep knowledge of seafood varieties, excellent presentation, food quality control, and strict hygiene. South/North Indian à la carte duties require 3–5 years’ experience preparing traditional dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and working efficiently during rush periods. Full-time, in-person position. Salary ₹25,00–₹35,00 per month. Benefits include provided meals and health insurance. Candidates must demonstrate consistency, strong plating skills, and commitment to kitchen sanitation.
