Job Description
Estee Lauder is seeking a passionate Retail Artistry Coach to conduct technical education at salons. Your role will involve educating salon staff about our professional products, conducting workshops on current trends, and facilitating various training programs at our Education Center. With a focus on improving product sales and solving individual salon issues, you will also create and update educational materials and assist other departments with technical education and event support.
Qualifications include a college degree or cosmetology license, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a beauty/salon technical educator, and strong English communication skills.
