Job Description

We are hiring a Dispatch Executive responsible for planning and executing daily dispatches, ensuring correct materials, quantities and packing; coordinating with production, stores and logistics; preparing and verifying documents (Delivery Challan, Tax Invoice/E-Way Bill, Packing List, LR); maintaining ERP/Excel records; supervising packing, labeling, palletizing and safe loading; liaising with transporters and tracking deliveries; handling transporter bills and PODs; updating inventory movement, reporting shortages/damages, and ensuring GST and statutory compliance; and communicating dispatch status to customers and internal teams. Full-time, permanent. Salary ₹20,809.11–₹30,66.99/month. Benefits: food, leave encashment, life insurance, provident fund. On-site role.
