Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks at esQuare Technologies. Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, files, scheduling meetings, supporting IT and management with clerical tasks, monitoring supplies, coordinating vendors and onboarding, and preparing reports, invoices and presentations. This full-time, permanent role welcomes freshers. Compensation: ₹7,500–₹15,00/month. Benefit: paid sick time. Work is in person at our office. Ideal candidates have good communication, basic computer skills, and attention to detail to maintain smooth office operations and documentation.
