Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Soft Services Supervisor to join our team at Era Projects. You will train and oversee housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness in apartments and common areas. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, motivating team members, and addressing customer complaints.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Hotel Industry. A valid Bahrain Driving License is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from ₹11,776.09 to ₹23,280.84 per month.
