Job Description
We at ENTITLED SOLUTION are seeking a Debt Collection Executive (Telecaller) to engage with customers and recover outstanding payments. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and skilled in handling challenging conversations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound collection calls regarding overdue accounts.
- Follow up with defaulters through calls, SMS, and emails.
- Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines.
- Maintain detailed call logs and collection reports.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
- 12th pass or Graduate.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
- 1 year of experience in debt recovery and collections.
