Job Description
Enlabs Technology is seeking a passionate Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic team. This full-time position requires you to work from our office from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM, with Sundays off.
Requirements: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass (Result in hand), 6 months experience in Inbound & Outbound BPO, Sales, or Telecalling. Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi are essential, along with confidence and clarity in speech.
Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, counsel them, and encourage attendance at free seminars.
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month with performance bonuses.
