Job Description

We are hiring a Trainee Civil Supervisor at Energy Control System in Perundurai, Tamilnadu (Erode-based candidates only). Both male and female applicants are welcome. Three-month training provided: 7 AM–7 PM daily; post-training shifts: 7 AM–3 PM / 3 PM–11 PM / 11 PM–7 AM. Pay during training: INR 18,00; post-training salary depends on skill (₹15,00–₹18,00/month). Benefits include ESI, EPF, private accidental insurance, uniform and safety equipment, quality meals and drinking water, production incentives and HRA. Work will include all days and holidays; two days off per month on intimation. Full-time, in-person position.
