Job Responsibilities:
1. Making Outbound Calls to inform customers about products or services.
2. Receiving Inbound Calls to address customer queries and provide information.
3. Lead Generation by maintaining a database of prospects.
4. Customer Follow-Up on previous inquiries.
5. Handling Customer Queries and Complaints professionally.
6. Achieving Targets by meeting call and conversion goals.
7. Promoting Products or Services to encourage purchases.
8. Maintaining Professionalism and upholding company reputation.

Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
