Job Description
Elvira Infotech Private Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic Jr. IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, ideally in the IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and hiring top IT talent, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and maintaining candidate relations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR/IT; 6 months to 1 year of experience; strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹9,176.93 – ₹16,318.71/month.
Location: In-person, Day shift, Monday to Friday. Start Date: 01/07/2025.
