Job Description
ELANCE PHARMA is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our apparel operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, while also recruiting, training, and promoting optimal staff performance.
Key responsibilities include achieving financial objectives through budget management, ensuring merchandise availability, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience, be a graduate, and have proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
This full-time position requires 12-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with a monthly pay of ₹50,00. Performance bonuses are available.
