Job Description
Elagreens is seeking a dedicated Telecaller to manage inquiries, handle calls, and maintain our records, all while contributing to our sustainable future.
As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of Elagreens, offering excellent customer support and ensuring smooth operations. If you are organized, efficient, and enjoy engaging with people, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and incoming calls
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential
- Keep Excel records updated
- Follow up with clients and provide necessary information
Salary: ₹10,00 + incentives. Preferred: Female candidates in Kochi. This is a full-time, in-person position.
