Job Description
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting incoming leads into confirmed bookings across birthday parties, events, walk-in play sessions, and seasonal experiences at EIEIO. This role requires strong communication skills, a hospitality-driven mindset, and the ability to sell premium experiences by highlighting value rather than price.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle all incoming enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital platforms
Convert leads into confirmed birthday party bookings, events, and play sessions
Proactively follow up with prospective clients to drive closures
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Birthday Parties & Events
Sell and close regular and exclusive birthday party packages
Upsell add-ons such as décor, food, activities, and premium experiences
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover post booking
Support sales for seasonal events, carnivals, and special programs
Walk-in Sales & Customer Experience
Engage walk-in customers and explain EIEIO’s offerings clearly
Convert walk-ins into immediate or future bookings
Ensure a warm, professional, and premium customer interaction at all times
Lead Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead records using Excel, CRM, or internal trackers
Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of customer interactions
Share daily and weekly sales reports with the management team
Skills
Interpersonal, communication, confidence, integrity, strong english speaking skills, persuasion.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in sales
