Job Description
Edument Kwonledge Hub is looking for a dedicated IT Assistant to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. The role involves assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, supporting desktop and laptop users, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Support for IT equipment including desktops and printers.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
- 1–2 years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
