Job Description
EduLeap, a leading Ed-Tech Company, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Counselor to assist leads in enrolling into our Online/Offline Training Courses.
As an Education Counselor, you will:
- Guide potential students in choosing the right courses based on their backgrounds.
- Convert leads into subscriptions through effective follow-ups.
- Maintain an updated database of interactions and lead statuses.
- Resolve any student issues by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Flexible work hours are available, with a base salary between ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month, plus performance-based incentives. Work location is Kothrud, Pune.
