Job Description
We are hiring an Academic Operations Coordinator to manage German, OET and IELTS batches at Eduflair Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd. Responsibilities: plan and maintain academic calendars, coordinate faculty and assistants, allocate faculty, track attendance and batch strength, monitor retention, act as Academic Head proxy, maintain schedules and reports, and ensure discipline and smooth day-to-day operations across multiple batches. Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience as Academic/Program Coordinator in education or language institutes, strong batch-management skills, excellent English communication (mandatory), Hindi preferred, highly organized and proactive. Full-time, in-person. Salary ₹25,00–₹35,00/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, paid sick leave and Provident Fund.
