Edroots International is hiring a full-time Telecaller to handle inbound/outbound calls, respond to inquiries, resolve customer and service queries, make fresh database calls, and submit reports to the manager. Candidates must be energetic, fluent in spoken English and Malayalam, possess basic computer skills and a Bachelor’s degree. Preferred experience: 1 year telecalling and 2 years total. Backgrounds in Education, Real Estate, Automobile, or Banking are advantageous. Salary: ₹12,00–19,00/month. Benefits include health insurance. Willingness to travel 25%. Work location: in person.
