Job Description

We are hiring a Tele Caller to handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries and resolve customer queries about our company and services. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, recording interactions and submitting reports to the Manager. Candidates must be outgoing, energetic and possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic computer proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree are required. This full-time role offers ₹16,00–₹19,00 per month, health insurance and Provident Fund. Minimum 1 year of total work experience is required. Work is on-site at our office.
