Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at EdMIUM. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to explain our products and services, as well as resolving queries related to universities and courses.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in customer care is a plus.
- Good computer skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Willingness to follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
