EDMIUM is seeking a Customer Support Executive to manage outbound calls and explain our products and services to customers. The role involves resolving queries related to universities and courses, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple critical tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer care preferred.
- Good computer literacy.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Proactive in following up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years.
- Preferred: Female candidates.
