Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with assistants in Japan and globally to schedule meetings and trips.
• Processing expenses and invoices in line with Company policies.
• Providing phone coverage and support for senior executives.
• Coordinating meeting bookings, including conference calls and video conferences.
• Formatting presentation materials and distributing meeting minutes.
• Organizing department public relations functions, special events, and seminars.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,012.09 – ₹27,971.34 per month
