Job Description
We are looking for a diligent Back Office Executive to coordinate and oversee daily operational processes at Ecoware Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will monitor workflows and collaborate with Client Servicing departments to align processes with organizational goals.
Your responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and preparing documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will also track performance metrics and support team members with resources and guidance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,585.25 – ₹41,129.55 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift, Night shift
