Job Description
Ecorgy Solutions (US home healthcare) seeks Client Relationship Officers to manage US inbound calls from Elippode, Trivandrum. Night shift 10:30 PM–7:30 AM. Require 1–5 years’ international telecalling (US clients preferred), any bachelor’s degree, strong English, communication and multitasking; healthcare/patient coordination a plus. Duties: schedule appointments, liaise with patients, physicians and vendors, resolve inquiries accurately and timely. American-accent and immediate local joiners preferred.
