Job Description
Zupl, a growing entity under Eazr, is expanding its presence in Dubai and urgently seeks a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO. This role calls for a dynamic individual with strong administrative and communication skills to support the CEO in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s Google Calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Handle documentation and presentations using Microsoft Workspace.
- Arrange flight and hotel bookings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and handle email correspondence.
- Support general administrative tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹40,00 per month | Schedule: Day shift | Location: In person.
