Job Description
What You’ll Do:
As an Apprentice, you will assist with NSR reviews, data cleanup in ServiceNow, and supporting senior resources in decision-making. Your responsibilities will include updating product information, conducting admin activities, and providing support in testing and deployment activities. You will also collaborate on cleaning up project data, identify automation test cases, and maintain knowledge articles. Furthermore, you will help streamline processes, keep Power Apps inventory current, and contribute to AI explorations for engineering tools.
Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech (CS/IT) – 2024/2025 Passout Batch.
Skills:
Fluent communication skills and MS Excel proficiency are essential.
