Job Description
Join EagleFin Investments as a Back Office Executive handling mutual funds and insurance operations. Responsibilities include client onboarding and CKYC processing; supporting MF transactions (purchase, redemption, switch, SIP/STP/SWP, mandates); managing service requests (bank/nominee change, folio consolidation, transmission); renewal tracking, premium reminders, lapse and revival support; claims documentation and follow-ups; client communication via calls, WhatsApp and email; accurate data entry, documentation and record management; and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets. We seek detail-oriented, process-driven candidates with strong follow-up discipline. Full-time, in-person role. Pay from ₹10,00/month.
