Job Description
Eagle Fleet Services Pvt Ltd (Red Taxi) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Packaging Floor Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will train employees, manage shift schedules, and oversee performance to enhance company services.
Your role will involve evaluating new hires, assisting departments, monitoring calls for quality assurance, and conducting team meetings. We require a bachelor’s or master’s degree, 4-8 years of experience in Call Centre operations, and strong team management skills.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary starting from ₹25,00.00 per month, along with health insurance and a provident fund.
