Job Description
We are currently seeking a Chat Support Executive to join our team at eAbyas Info Solutions. In this role, you will assist our clients by providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and efficient live chat support to customers.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Resolve customer issues timely and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Demonstrate empathy and excellent customer service skills.
Pay: ₹9,892.55 – ₹33,823.82 per month
