Job Description

Join e.Soft Technologies as an Inside Sales Trainee and kickstart your career! You will be responsible for proactively generating high-quality leads through data mining, cold calling, and B2B LinkedIn outreach to schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. Your role includes conducting data mining to identify decision-makers, managing the lead funnel, and meticulously updating our CRM with all lead and meeting information. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies while tracking performance metrics. This position is open to fresh graduates and will be based in Mumbai. The working model is Work From Office.
