Job Description
The Production Incharge oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring targets, safety and quality standards are met. They coordinate teams, schedule production, troubleshoot processes and optimize workflows.
Key duties: manage operators and supervisors, monitor output, enforce safety, control inventory, implement continuous improvement, and report performance to management.
Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in production supervision, strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and basic ERP proficiency.
