Job Description
Dylent Services is seeking a dedicated Call Handler to manage client inquiries and information. In this role, you will obtain client information through phone calls, conduct interviews, and verify details to determine eligibility. You will establish policies by entering client data and confirming pricing, while also informing clients by explaining procedures and addressing their questions.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication equipment and improving service quality by adhering to standards and recommending efficient procedures.

Requirements
