Job Description
Drizzle Drop Inn is seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for welcoming and checking them in. Your duties will include:
- Addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Providing information about services and attractions
- Coordinating with departments to fulfill guest needs
- Managing reservations and payments
- Maintaining an organized front desk
