Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations Supervisor to join our team at Drivers4Me. In this on-site role, you will manage driver performance and quality, coordinate schedules, and resolve both B2B and B2C customer complaints. Your focus will be on optimizing driver operations for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include operations management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Knowledge of local transportation regulations is essential, and experience in driver recruitment is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹240,00.00 – ₹260,00.00 per year (includes performance bonuses).
