Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team at DrinkPrime. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing timely and professional customer service through calls, emails, and chat. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
To succeed, you should have experience with ticketing tools like Freshdesk and Zendesk, possess excellent English communication skills, and demonstrate a strong sense of customer empathy. Creativity and a sense of humor will be beneficial.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹250,00.00 to ₹350,00.00 per year.
