Job Description
Join DrinkPrime as a Customer Retention Executive and enhance customer loyalty. In a dynamic workplace, engage with customers through Calls, Emails, and Chats.
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand concerns of customers looking to unsubscribe.
- Gather insights on customer journeys and identify challenges.
- Resolve issues and present offers to retain customers.
- Coordinate refunds and pickups for non-retained customers.
- Formulate strategies based on customer feedback.
- Stay updated on promotions to exceed retention goals.
