Job Description
Join DrinkPrime as an enthusiastic and customer-focused Chat Support Agent in our Customer Success team. We seek individuals passionate about delivering prompt, accurate, and empathetic support through digital channels. Experience with Freshchat or similar platforms is helpful, but exceptional service commitment is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via live chat, understand customer needs, maintain communication standards, escalate complex issues, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Requirements: 1+ year in chat-based customer support, familiarity with chat tools, excellent writing skills, strong problem-solving, and professionalism. Flexibility for rotational shifts is required.

Pay: ₹250,00.00 – ₹350,00.00 per year
