Job Description
Join Dream Home Financial Services as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Full-time role (in person) based at Pune H.O., requiring on-site sales every Saturday and Sunday, weekday customer and bank visits, lead follow-up, and end-to-end case management from application login to sanction and disbursement. You will assist walk-ins, explain products, collect and verify documents, coordinate with banks and internal teams, track case progress, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets while preparing reports. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years back-office coordinator experience, Marathi language. Salary: ₹18,00–20,00 per month.
