Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at DNEG in Goregaon East, Mumbai. You will provide essential administrative support, manage office inventory, purchase goods and equipment, and process invoices. Your responsibilities will include supervising support staff, ensuring office cleanliness, organizing events, and managing logistics for meetings. Additionally, you will handle vendor coordination, manage complaints, and oversee courier and transport services. A good knowledge of MS Office, including presentation and report preparation skills, is essential for this role.
