Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Education Counsellor at DMC Finishing School Pvt. Ltd. to guide prospective students through the enrollment process for our Online MBA program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Conduct counselling sessions to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Assist in the admission process and documentation.
- Maintain follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business/Education preferred), 1–3 years of experience, and excellent communication skills.
