Job Description
We are hiring a Front Office Executive at Dlife Interiors. Responsibilities include managing front office operations, professional reception and visitor handling, head office administration, travel arrangements (flights, trains, taxis, hotels), supervising housekeeping and office upkeep, promptly resolving administrative issues, coordinating with building management, welcoming visitors, vendors, suppliers and interviewees, scheduling meetings for the Managing Director, department heads and HR, monitoring stationery and equipment stocks, providing secretarial support to the MD and General Manager, liaising with branch administrators, and coordinating courier/logistics. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
