Shift: 12:30 AM – 9:30 AM IST (Night Shift, 6 days a week)

Digital Areo is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage calls, chats, and bookings, primarily during the night shift. The role requires prompt and precise communication to provide exceptional customer support for various transport services in Australia.
Key Responsibilities include handling inquiries, recording bookings in Zoho CRM, coordinating with drivers, and addressing customer concerns.
Preferred candidates will have experience in transport or hospitality customer service, excellent English communication skills, and familiarity with Zoho CRM.
